TV TAPING 02-10-08Another frigid evening in Waterbury, CT… another superhumanly hot time inside the Proving Grounds Dojo! Sunday February 10th saw an electrifying Defiant Pro Wrestling television taping where titles changed, kids became men, and decisions as to who some of the stars of DPW were and what they were willing to do to succeed - in more ways than one - became revealed in front of a Standing Room Only crowd!
New ringside announcer Rick Liddell introduced both beloved Defiant TV commentator CC LaSalle and then iconic Defiant Pro Wrestling owner Mike E. Milano! Mike spoke quickly to capacity crowd, bearing the bad tidings of the absence of both Tony Devito (family emergency) and Justin Credible (DPW Commissioner JJ Alexander pulled him out to save him for the February 23rd Brutal Liaisons show). Lenn Oddity, originally scheduled to face Credible, was instead inserted in the evening’s Rumble Royale, thus giving him a chance for a title shot later on in the evening!

TAPING 09-02-2007
The tournament to crown the first DPW Television Champion began at
the September 2nd 2007 television tapings. There were two surprise returns and
the emergence of a surprise entrant that shocked everyone! What started out as
16 has been narrowed down to seven!
